01
Terms of Engagement
By initialising a project with Designlify, you agree to the following terms regarding intellectual property, payments, and liability.
Our work is collaborative. We commit to transparency in our code and architecture. In return, we expect timely communication and adherence to payment schedules defined in our initial proposal.
02
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all rights to the Client Codebase are transferred to you. This includes:
- Custom frontend designs and assets
- Backend logic and database schemas
- Configuration files and documentation
Designlify retains the right to use generic snippets, libraries, or reusable architecture components developed during the project for future work, provided they do not contain your proprietary business logic or data.
03
Data Privacy & Security
We respect the sanctity of your data. During development, we may require access to your systems or sample data. We execute all work under strict confidentiality protocols.
We do not sell, share, or analyse your data for third parties. Any credentials shared with us are stored in encrypted vaults and destroyed upon project completion.
04
Limitation of Liability
While we engineer for stability, software is inherently complex. Designlify is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Third-party service outages (AWS, Vercel, Stripe, etc.)
- Modifications made to the codebase by other developers post-handover
- Force majeure events affecting internet infrastructure

Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Designlify.tech (“we”, “our”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website. By using our site, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies — These are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as navigating pages or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but some parts of the site may not work as a result.
- Analytics Cookies — These allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our site.
- Marketing Cookies — These may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store directly personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first visit our website, you will be shown a cookie consent banner where you can choose to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customise your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage or by contacting us directly.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
Third-Party Cookies
We may use third-party services such as analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising networks that set their own cookies. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over their cookies. We recommend reviewing their policies separately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
